You know what day it is and what this blog is gonna be about! Yup, let's eat like Charlie Hunnam today! Charles Matthew "Charlie" Hunnam (born 10 April 1980) is an English actor. He Is the second oldest of four boys. While he hasn't revealed his favorite food, he did say that growing up, his favorite actors have always been Daniel Day-Lewis and Sean Penn.
Here is what I would serve this blonde Adonis:
The night before: take a bowl, mix your sauce ingredients, bomb in the hunks of meat and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
Put a hunk of meat, then potatoe, then meat until skewer is full. Rub over salt and pepper and roast over an open flame, rotating till meat and potatoes are cooked through, basting every 20 to 30 mins with left over sauce/ marinade.
Biltong (jerky) and Parmesan Salad:
Iceberg lettuce, washed and shredded
Cucmber, sliced in rounds
Cherry tomatoes, washed and halved
Sliced red and yellow peppers
1 Diced onion
1 chopped pear
500g shredded biltong (your flavour choice)
250g parmesan cheese
Bomb all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Drizzle with a mix of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
