I'm really happy to be blogging again, its taken me way too long to get back into the rhythm of things.
Thank you to everyone who has subscribed to the blog and to all the viewers who take time out of the busy day to come take a peek at the latest Chef Mother news. You are all much appreciated!
Having said this, I'd like to bring a few things to your attention before continuing, as I found in some of the previous comments from the public, that there have been a few upsets.
*With regards to the images that accompany my blog posts:
Please know that almost all my pictures are found on Google Images, (unless otherwise stipulated). Should I find an image on a specific site that is accompanied with the artist/ photographers name, I shall always give credit to that person. Google Images does NOT always accredit the artist/ photographer with every specific image, so please don't climb down my throat if you come across a nameless image on my blog.
*With regards to the recipes:
As with the images, many of my recipes are from different sites off the web, (unless otherwise stated). I will always add the name of the person to be accredited for said recipes. And do NOT claim that every recipe on this blog to be one of my own. Should a recipe be one of my personal ones, I shall state it very clearly.
*With regards to general information:
Once again, as with the recipes and images; I also add some general information to my blogs for readers interest. I always mention the author of the articles or/ and write up at the end of the article, during the blog. But I am also human and can sometimes err by forgetting. This is human error and as soon as the mistake is noted, I will always correct it. I apologize in advance if I offend anyone with regards to this matter.
Please take note of these points for future reference. Thank you.
Now, on to today's blog.
A lot of the comments I see have been posted to the blog I did last year on Fat Burning Foods. With this in mind, I thought I would elaborate more on this subject and look at weight loss from a fruit lover's point of view. Here is a list of some of the fruits that can assist in burning off some of that unwanted poundage:
- Avocado Pears
- Lemons and Lime
Now I know that you're going to tell me that eating fruit is NOT healthy as the excessive sugars in fruit can turn into a build up of body fats. Yes, to an extent this is true. But the list of fruits I've just give you are fruits that help to BURN fat!
Besides, eating a bowl of sliced grapefruit, blueberries and pomegranates is way more healthier and filled with a wider variety of nutrients than having a cup of black coffee with an artificial sweetener in it, which is loaded with unwanted chemicals.
Eating fresh fruit will also assist with detoxifying your system and boosting its natural fat-burning functions while giving you the much needed vitamins and nutrients your body needs to repair itself from vigorous exercise.
Coupled with drinking lots of water and cutting down your calorie intake, you will be well on your way to a healthier you.
To assist you in your fat-burning endeavors, why not try a delicious egg white omelette filled with diced, fresh tomato, diced celery, steamed spinach and avo slices. Couple that with a green apple and some green tea and you've got yourself a delicious breakfast!
What about having a pear, banana and pomegranate smoothie? Pair that with a slice of toasted rye bread and a handful of blueberries for a delicious start to your day.
And that's all we have time for today, peeps! Please also bear with me while I get used to blogging from my phone. It takes a while to load and I'm still figuring out how to upload images as well, hence the image-less blog today. I'm sure I'll figure it out soon! Have a terrific Tuesday!
